At Black Eye Coffee Roasters, we roast your coffee fresh to order and prepare it with care before shipping.
Roasting & Dispatch
We roast your coffee on the day you place your order. We deliver Malta orders ourselves. International courier dispatch is the following working day; couriers do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Public holidays may affect courier collection and delivery.
The delivery estimates below refer to transit time after dispatch, rather than the time from placing your order.
Malta & Gozo (Domestic)
Standard shipping: €5.00 (estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch).
Free shipping on orders of €30 or more.
The €28.50 Single Estate Coffee Subscription (2 × 250g) also includes free shipping in Malta on the first and recurring subscription deliveries.
Local pickup: orders are ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your ready-to-collect notification before collecting.
International Shipping
International weight bands use packed shipping weight, including packaging, rather than the net coffee weight printed on the bag. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays or carrier delays.

International Orders Over 5 kg
For international orders over 5 kg packed shipping weight, please contact us for a personalised shipping quote before ordering.
Duties & Taxes
EU destinations: no customs charges — your price is final.
Outside the EU, including the UK, Switzerland and the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in our shipping prices.
Tracking
For international DHL shipments, tracking details will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues & Address Details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before dispatch. Incorrect or incomplete address details may delay delivery.
