Our everyday espresso with depth and presence. Resurrection Espresso brings together Brazilian sweetness, Colombian balance and Tanzanian Robusta for a full-bodied coffee designed to hold its character in milk.
The blend
Our Resurrection Espresso recipe combines 60% Brazil Santos, 20% Colombia Supremo and 20% Tanzania Robusta — 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta.
- Brazil Santos: the foundation for sweetness and body.
- Colombia Supremo: selected to bring balance to the blend.
- Tanzania Robusta: selected to add weight and intensity.
In the cup
We are building this blend around a chocolate-led profile, a full body and a satisfying finish, with enough presence for cappuccinos and flat whites. These are our intended characteristics; final tasting notes will follow the first production roasts and cupping.
How to enjoy it
Designed for espresso and milk-based coffee, and a good starting point for those who enjoy a fuller-bodied moka pot brew.
Roasted in Malta by Black Eye Coffee Roasters. The roast date and batch number are stamped on the bag.
