A sweet, expressive everyday filter brew. Resurrection Filter brings three origins together: Brazil Fazenda Dutra forms the foundation, Colombia Supremo brings balance, and Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa adds a brighter, fruit-led dimension.
The blend
Our Resurrection Filter recipe combines 50% Brazil Fazenda Dutra, 30% Colombia Supremo and 20% Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa — a 100% Arabica blend.
- Brazil Fazenda Dutra: selected as the sweet foundation of the blend.
- Colombia Supremo: selected to bring balance and structure.
- Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa: selected for a brighter, fruit-led dimension.
In the cup
We are aiming for sweetness, fruit character and a clean, bright finish: an expressive cup that remains enjoyable as an everyday brew. Final tasting notes will follow the first production roasts and cupping.
How to enjoy it
Designed for pour-over, batch brew and AeroPress. Enjoy it black to explore the balance between the three origins.
Roasted in Malta by Black Eye Coffee Roasters. The roast date and batch number are stamped on the bag.
